About your support request.

What this form stores

If you send a support or privacy request, we store your reply email, message, reference and time to handle it. A hash derived from the connection IP limits abuse. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive documents.

Use, access and retention

Requests are private and stored through Sites hosting on Cloudflare. There is no public endpoint listing them. We use them only for support, privacy questions and abuse prevention. Requests older than 90 days are purged when the support service next processes a request. Hosting providers may retain technical access logs under their own policies. This website has no ads, analytics or tracking cookies.

Your choices

Sending is optional. Use the support form for access, correction or deletion requests, including your request reference. Your support email is not associated with any anonymous game account and cannot recover it. In the game, use Delete online account to remove the anonymous game identity and results.
